Dispatch times
In-stock finished pieces are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom pieces and selected handmade categories may have a longer lead time, which will be shown on the product page.
Protective packaging
Every artwork is packed with appropriate surface and corner protection, secure void fill and a strong outer carton. Oversized or especially fragile pieces may require a specialist service.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will email your tracking details after the carrier collects or scans the parcel. Tracking updates can take a short time to appear.
Remote locations and carrier limits
Some oversized pieces or remote destinations may not be serviceable by our standard carriers. If checkout accepts an order that cannot be delivered safely, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange an alternative or provide a full refund.
